Applications are open for the Rothschild Foundation Hanadiv Europe’s Autumn 2022 grant programmes.
Applications are welcome in several categories, with the Applications Deadline September 12, 2022:

Archives and Libraries
The following areas are supported:
- Conservation and Preservation
- Inventories and Cataloguing
- Digital Resource Creation and Digital Humanities
- Professional Training
- Language Grants
The Foundation also supports digitisation of material to make these collections accessible to people around the world.
Deadline for applications is September 12, 2022
Museums

The following areas are supported:
- collection management
- exhibition support
- professional training
Applications will be priotized that:
- facilitate access to collections
- provide evidence of the presence of a Jewish community in a particular European area
- broaden the range of learning opportunities
- engage diverse visitors
- raise the professional level of museum staff
- increase the museum’s visibility and audience
Preference is given to projects that have a long-term and measurable impact, and that foster exchange and cooperation. All projects must contribute to the preservation, documentation, and public exposure of Jewish heritage.

Jewish Communal Life (formerly “Jewish Education”)

The Foundation supports a variety of projects aimed at fostering Jewish education, leadership development, community engagement and knowledge of local Jewish heritage. For example:
- Professional development projects that enhance the knowledge and skills of the key personnel who lead Jewish learning and communal engagement in their communities.
- Integrating Jewish Heritage: The use of local heritage resources, including museums and libraries, as an effective tool for creative educational programmes.
- Enhancing the Camp Experience: The development of the skills and knowledge of camp leaders as well as the enhancement of Jewish education at camp and helping communities achieve better Jewish educational outcomes.
- Shaping the Future: Supporting Jewish communities to engage the next generation of activists.
