We have a new Have Your Say personal essay — this one by Grażyna Pawlak, who curated the new permanent exhibition on the life and achievements of Rabbi Meir Shapiro (sometime spelled Shapira), who founded the Yeshivat Chachmei Lublin in 1930 and developed the Daf Yomi (Daily Page) seven-year cycle of studying the Talmud.
We wrote about the opening of the exhibition earlier in December.
In her essay Grażyna discusses Shapiro and describes the development of the exhibit, which is located in the Yeshiva building in Lublin.
