We are happy to forward the latest Newsletter from Judaica Europeana.
The current issues features news and collection highlights from JE’s network of heritage institutions: the Jewish Theologica Seminary Library, the National Library of Israel, the Steinheim Institute and others.
It also presents digital tools for virtual exhibitions and research provided by the AthenaPlus and DM2E projects.
Judaica Europeana works with libraries, archives and museums to provide integrated access to the world’s most important collections that document the Jewish presence in Europe.
To-date Judaica Europeana partners have digitized and uploaded to Europeana 3.7 million items from their collections. This growning online resource includes books, newspapers and documents, photographs, postcards and museum objects, music, oral history and moving image.
