You can submit a video or online brochure about your local Jewish cemetery and win a €250 prize in an International Youth Competition on “Local Jewish Cemeteries.”
The competition is sponsored by the European Jewish cemetery Initiative (ESJF), Foundation for Jewish Heritage, and Centropa in the framework of the project “Preserving JewishCemeteries – Protect, Educate, Respect,” co-funded by the European Union.
The submission deadline is February 25, 2023.

An in addition to the online resources suggested, we encourage you to explore our own Jewish Heritage Europe web site, which has a section dedicated to Jewish cemeteries .plus reports on Jewish cemeteries from all over Europe, as well as links to many other online resources about Jewish cemeteries.
The winning projects will be presented during an Award Ceremony in May 2023. The winning projects will also be published online and shared with the Project’s global school network.
