Tsvelf far Ukraine, a marathon 12-hour Yiddish Music and Spoken Word concert takes place on Zoom May 12, to benefit Ukraine.
The event will feature klezmer, Yiddish song, poetry, and more, by artists from around the world, in an effort to raise funds for humanitarian aid in Ukraine. It runs from 18:00 May 12-06:00 May 13 CET (noon to midnight May 12, New York time).
JHE is proud to be a sponsor and JHE’s Ruth Ellen Gruber prepared a photo gallery loop of Jewish built heritage in Ukraine that also will be played.

The concert sponsors will not collect funds directly. Performers and sponsoring organizations are donating their time and art to this initiative. All attendees are encouraged to make a donation to one of the charities listed on this page, or to an organization of your choice to support humanitarian aid and recovery for Ukraine.
