The European Jewish Cemeteries Initiative (ESJF), whose main mission is to physically protect Jewish cemeteries in (mainly) Eastern Europe, is looking for a communications and media officer.
The job description states that requirements are fluent spoken and written English as an absolute must; maybe some other European language skills (Slavic ones a big plus); good computer skills and familiarity with websites and social media. The candidate must be able to work in a team, but also have “lots of initiative and the ability to work independently.”
Some travel is involved with the job. But the successful candidate could be office-based in Kiev or could possibly work virtually from somewhere else in Europe.
Contact the ESJF if you’re interested — they seem to prefer contact by Facebook Messenger from their Facebook Page (Click HERE to access the page).
