The current round of applications for grants from the Rothschild Foundation Hanadiv Europe is now open.
The Foundation welcomes applications from any organization or institution active in Europe (including Russia, Ukraine, Moldova and Belarus), where activities qualify as charitable under UK charity law. Further restrictions apply to the Jewish education programme – please check the notes of guidance (links below).
Grants are available in the following categories, with applications due during the following date periods:
Academic Jewish Studies (applications accepted from 15th January until 9th March 2018)
Support for scholars and academic institutions across Europe
Archives and Libraries (applications accepted from 15th January until 20th February 2018)
Identify, preserve, catalogue and digitize Jewish documentary heritage in Europe
Jewish Education Grant Programme (applications accepted from 15th January until 20th February 2018)
Initiatives to enhance Jewish content in Jewish organisations and develop Jewish heritage education in communities
Museums Grant Programme (applications accepted from 15th January until 27th March 2018)
Exhibitions, conservation and research, developing curatorial skills in the museums sector
