The World Monuments Fund has posted on its web site an interactive map of the Chassidic Route prepared and promoted by the Foundation for the Protection of Jewish Heritage in Poland (FODZ).
The map takes in about two dozen localities in southeastern Poland, wending a tourist and educational trail through a region where Chassidism flourished. Some of the localities have synagogues, some have Jewish cemeteries, some have both (though it is puzzling that, for example, the synagogue buildings in Lesko and Rymanow, and the Chachmei Lublin Yeshiva in Lublin are described, but not the important Jewish cemeteries near them).
The interactive map provides historical information as well as other information.
Centerpiece of the route is the recently restored renaissance synagogue in Zamosc, a major restoration project of the FODZ and now a culture and education center.

I’d like to add more. Three (not two) more towns / cities must be added to the map: Bobowa, Dąbrowa Tarnowska, and Nowy Sącz, all integral components of Chassidic-Jewish history, and they all contain important historical and cultural monuments, including beautiful Shuls. For more information, please feel free to contact me anytime. I live near all three cities.
Both Bobowa and Dąbrowa Tarnowska are missing from the map. It is essential both towns be included. These towns have an integral Chassidic history and cultural associated with them and they contain important historical Shuls.
I reside not far from both Bobowa and Dąbrowa Tarnowska, if you should have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
Bobowa is missing
