The Virtual Shtetl portal of the new Museum of the History of Polish Jews writes that “the main idea behind the seminar was to discuss issues concerning the care, maintenance, preservation, use and promotion of Jewish material heritage. The conference was attended by ca one hundred visitors from twenty countries, including experts in this field, representatives of Jewish communities, NGOs, donors, scientists and state officials.”
