Restore an Abandoned Jewish Cemetery, Perform a Mitzvah!

Jeffrey Miller has initiated and led the effort to raise funds to help in restoring the Nowogród Jewish Cemetery, and collaborated with others on helping to do the same for other Jewish cemeteries in Poland. He will show us how one can initiate similar efforts in the various shtetls that your ancestors inhabited.

This one-hour program, conducted over Zoom at 1:30 PM Eastern Time (19:30 CET), is free for members of the Jewish Genealogy Society of Greater Washington.

Nonmembers may register to attend for a fee of $10.
