European Day of Jewish Culture
Italy is an enthusiastic participant in the annual European Day of Jewish Culture, held the first Sunday in September. Each year sees events in about 60 localities up and down the peninusula, including visits to Jewish museums, synagogues, Jewish quarters, Jewish cemeteries and other sites. The Italian web site for the Day includes information, pictures, maps, and more.
